Sending everyone a postcard is expensive and difficult, but if they can check in on YOU (say via a BLOG or similar) it's a lot easier.

AS for the cargo shorts thing... I regularly ride 20-30 miles in my normal clothing (my bike is a tank, and with regular loads *my kid and his lunch for school* hovers around 126lbs) but I can imagine if the numbers were to double that, the chaffing could become an issue!nollijhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11249385586041451353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2306946217995521362.post-10948551925298669362008-03-29T09:22:00.000-07:002008-03-29T09:22:00.000-07:00I love riding in bike jerseys. I like the three pockets in the back - perfect for my hankie, Chapstick, cell phone (not on tour - just around home where my wife or kids might need to reach me), and mp3 player.

I look for brightly-colored (gaudy) jerseys. I've accumulated too many brightly-colored (gaudy), funny, souvenir ones. Also, I've never had a jersey wear out. I still have every one I ever bought! I like my jerseys. Too bad I can't (won't) take all my favorites on tour.BigBlueToehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10724746482560253547noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2306946217995521362.post-21748936336938163322008-03-23T22:13:00.000-07:002008-03-23T22:13:00.000-07:00>> "Padded biking shorts are a necessity.
